This is exactly where the chest extender comes in. It makes your horse rug with a T-hook closure more adaptable without changing the entire system. Instead of compromising on size, you can specifically create more space in the chest area. This way, the rug remains securely fastened while you flexibly adjust the fit to your horse and its current shape.

Versatile in use - compatible with any integrated T-hook closure: The extender is designed to be attached to all standard T-hook closures on a horse rug. Whether in the chest area, on the belly straps, or on the belly flap – it can be easily integrated wherever a T-hook closure is present. As a result, you are not tied to a single position, but can flexibly use the extender exactly where additional length or room is needed. This makes it particularly versatile and ensures that your rug can be customized in various areas.

Individually adjustable - customizable for a secure and stable fit: The extender specifically lengthens the closure area, providing extra flexibility without compromising the stability of the horse rug. Thanks to the adjustment options, you can precisely set the desired length so that the T-hook closure continues to fasten securely and the rug remains reliably in place.

More freedom of movement - for unrestricted dynamics: If a horse rug is too tight at individual closure points, unnecessary tension can occur, whether in the chest area or on the belly straps. The extender specifically creates more width exactly where additional room is needed. This relieves tension from the system, allowing the horse rug to adapt more naturally to your horse's movement. This ensures a more relaxed feel, more freedom of movement in daily life, and reduces localized pressure – especially during longer periods of wear or with active horses.

Ideal for broad horses - more comfort for pronounced shoulders: A broad chest, strong base of the neck, or pronounced shoulders – many horses do not fit ideally into standard cuts in the chest region. Instead of choosing a larger horse rug (which then often becomes too long), this solution specifically extends only the chest area. This is particularly useful if the horse rug fits well otherwise but is too tight across the ribcage.

Easy attachment - ready for use in no time: The extender is simply hooked into the existing T-hook closure. No modifications or complicated adjustments are necessary. Usually, you set the additional length once to fit, as changes in body shape or musculature typically occur over a longer period. The extender provides a long-term solution if your horse needs a little more or less room, without you having to buy a new horse rug immediately.

Robust material - withstands daily stress: Closures are among the most heavily stressed parts of a horse rug. When walking, rolling, or during daily handling, pulling forces are constantly at work there. The extender is made of durable nylon, which is designed precisely for this kind of stress. The material is tear-resistant, dimensionally stable, and resistant to moisture or dirt. This keeps the connection permanently reliable, even if the extender is in regular use and your horse rug is opened and closed daily.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1005/2783/3465/files/erweiterung-t-verschluss-pferdedecke-schwarz-sunride-290989.jpg?v=1792119165
