Shipping Methods
DPD
Within Germany, we ship your order free of charge with DPD as standard. The least expensive standard delivery option available to you therefore remains free of charge regardless of the order value.
DHL
Small shipments that can be sent as a DHL Kleinpaket are also shipped free of charge within Germany via DHL. Additional charges may apply to other DHL shipping methods. Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed to you at checkout before you complete your order.
Delivery Times
Unless a different delivery time is stated in the respective product description, delivery within Germany generally takes 2 to 5 days and international deliveries generally take 3 to 5 days. No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you order several items with different delivery times, we will generally ship the order together unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time.
Deliveries Outside the EU
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply. These charges are not levied by SUNRIDE, but by the competent authorities or service providers in the respective destination country and may have to be paid by the recipient.
