Is the terry cloth rug a replacement for a cooler?

It is not a competitor, but a supplement. The terry cloth rug is used when there is a lot of moisture in the coat. Afterwards, depending on the situation, a cooler can be used.

How do I properly care for the terry cloth rug?

The terry cloth rug is easy to care for and can be washed in the washing machine at 30°C without any problems. The material remains dimensionally stable and pleasantly soft. Please air dry and do not use fabric softener.

Is the rug adjustable?

Yes, both the belly surcingle and the T-front closure are individually adjustable.
