• 1200D Ripstop – maximum strength, long-lasting protection: 1200D Ripstop is designed for heavy-duty use—exactly what a winter blanket must endure in daily operation. The ripstop weave structure acts like a safety net in the fabric: small damages are prevented from spreading further. At the same time, the material is resistant to dirt, friction, and typical wear and tear in everyday stable and pasture life. The result is a blanket that protects long-term and remains reliable even during winter use.
• 3,000 mm water column - reliable protection in changeable weather: The water column indicates the water pressure the material can withstand before moisture penetrates. In tests, 3,000 mm corresponds to the pressure of a three-meter-high column of water. Additionally, the seams along the spine are welded and taped to make it harder for water to penetrate. Under extreme conditions or during prolonged rain, moisture may still penetrate these areas, which is why the blanket is classified as water-resistant rather than completely waterproof.
